OEM search and catalog

Where can I buy genuine DAF truck parts online?

Search the PARTSinn catalog for new genuine DAF parts by OEM number, or browse filters, brakes, engine, suspension, electrical and body parts. Open a listing and compare the complete reference and VAT-inclusive price. Verify fitment by VIN and the current offer before buying. If the number is unknown or an order quote is unavailable, email info@partsinn.lt with the details you have. An inquiry is not an order.

Do you sell new genuine DAF parts?

Yes. This store is dedicated to new genuine DAF OEM parts, not used parts or universal alternatives. PARTSinn is an independent parts store. Each listing shows its OEM number and available part description; compatibility with your particular truck must be checked separately.

What is the difference between genuine DAF parts and aftermarket alternatives?

This store offers new genuine DAF OEM parts, not aftermarket alternatives or used parts. However, other sellers may also use OEM references to cross-reference alternatives: quoting a number alone does not prove a product is genuine. Compare the stated manufacturer, condition and product description. A similar name or photo does not confirm authenticity or fitment. Warranty or installation terms from an official DAF workshop do not automatically become this seller’s terms.

What is an OEM number, and how is it different from a description?

An OEM number identifies a specific catalog entry. A description such as filter, hose or bracket names a type of part, but many different parts can share it. Order by the complete verified number, not the description alone. A marking on the old part is a starting point for a search; its current relevance and fitment still need checking against the truck.

How do I find the right part by OEM number?

Searching with the complete OEM number is the most precise option. You can enter it with or without hyphens; a partial number returns similar codes. You can also search by description or browse a category. Before ordering, compare the full code in the result with the verified number you need.

Why does search find no code or several similar parts?

Check that you entered the full OEM number and did not mix up digits. A number prefix returns several codes, and a general description can match many entries. A missing result only means we cannot currently find it in this catalog, not that the part does not exist or is discontinued. Send the exact code and VIN so the required check is clear.

Why are some categories approximate and descriptions untranslated?

Categories use exact OEM matches. Unmapped parts appear under Other. Descriptions remain in their source language; categories do not confirm fitment.

Is this catalog dedicated to DAF parts?

This catalog is dedicated to DAF OEM parts. It does not confirm fitment for other manufacturers. Always verify the exact reference against the VIN.

Fitment and part information

How can I check whether a part fits my truck?

Verify the OEM number against the truck VIN and configuration before ordering. Model, year, engine or a similar description alone cannot confirm compatibility. If unsure, include the VIN, part OEM number and what needs checking in your inquiry. Similar-part listings are not compatibility lists.

Is every DAF order automatically checked against the VIN?

No: placing an order or entering a VIN in a message does not itself confirm an automatic fitment check. Store search matches catalog numbers and descriptions; it is not a vehicle-specific configuration catalog. Have a verified OEM number before ordering. For a fitment question, provide the VIN, both references if they differ, and details of any replaced assemblies. Without clear confirmation, check the reference with a qualified workshop or DAF representative.

Can I choose a part just by the truck model?

A model name alone is not enough. Trucks of the same model can have different configurations, so model and year do not confirm a particular part fits. Include the VIN and, if available, the old part OEM number in your inquiry. Mention any replaced assembly too: the original vehicle configuration may not describe the assembly now installed.

What if I do not know the OEM number?

Do not substitute a random similar part code. Send the VIN, the part function and its location on the truck, plus any marking copied exactly from the old part. Photos can be sent by email; the homepage form does not accept attachments. Until the number is verified, description search results are candidates, not a confirmed selection.

Does a supersession number confirm interchangeability?

Not automatically. A supersession number on a part page is additional catalog information, not confirmation that the part fits your truck. Verify both OEM numbers against the VIN and specific configuration. If no number is shown, this does not prove that no replacement exists.

Does “kit” mean all installation hardware is included?

No. The word kit alone does not disclose its full contents or confirm that bolts, seals, connectors or other installation parts are included. If contents are not listed, inquire with the OEM number and identify the specific items you need. Objects in a general photograph are not a contents list for that entry.

Does the part-page photo show that exact OEM part?

This is a PARTSinn branded placeholder, not a photograph of this OEM part. It does not establish dimensions, connectors or kit contents.

Prices, orders and payment

Do prices include 21% VAT and delivery?

Product prices are in euros and already include 21% Lithuanian VAT. The unit price is not the total order amount: that also depends on quantity and delivery. Shipping is not included in the unit price. Check the final product and delivery total at checkout before confirming your order.

Why might the catalog price differ from the order quote?

The catalog displays a retail price; an up-to-date offer and order total are checked before ordering. Use the confirmed quote to assess the final price and availability. If you see “Price to be confirmed” or no offer is available, send an inquiry with the OEM number. This does not mean the part is free or confirmed in stock.

Does a catalog listing or selected quantity confirm stock?

No. A catalog listing provides information about a part, while the quantity field selects how many units you want to order. Neither confirms available stock. If a current offer cannot be obtained, contact us about availability before ordering.

Can I order without a VIN and how do I pay?

VIN is not a required order field, but you should verify compatibility and the exact OEM number before ordering. Add verified parts and quantities to your cart. At checkout, review the current quote, shipping and total, then accept the terms and conditions and return terms. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Does adding a part to the cart reserve stock or a price?

No. The cart records your chosen OEM number and requested quantity; it does not confirm a reservation or an accepted order. A current offer and recalculated total are required before ordering. If an offer cannot be obtained, do not treat the cart price as a confirmed transaction. Inquire with the specific numbers and quantities.

Why can I not complete an order although a catalog price is shown?

A catalog price and the ability to obtain a current order quote are separate. An order cannot be confirmed without a valid offer, final total and payment method. Do not swap to a similar OEM just to continue. Send the OEM numbers, quantities and displayed error; if you already attempted payment, include the order number.

Does returning from payment mean my order is paid?

No. Returning to the shop is only navigation from the payment page. The confirmation page displays status after retrieving the order from PARTSinn. If confirmation is pending or status cannot be checked, do not rush to create a duplicate order. Contact us with the order number and payment time, never your card number or security code.

What should I do if payment fails or is interrupted?

First open the order confirmation page and check its status. If a retry-payment option is available, use it for that same order. If money was debited but status is unclear, contact us with the order number and payment time before paying again. A failed payment does not itself establish that a new order is needed.

Delivery, returns and claims

What is the delivery time and how can I check the cost?

Delivery takes 4–15 business days. The catalog does not confirm stock or dispatch dates.

Can you promise next-day delivery for an urgent DAF repair?

No. Standard delivery takes 4–15 business days; next-day delivery cannot be promised. If the repair is urgent, ask about the specific item's options before ordering.

Can I collect in Kaunas or request delivery abroad?

The delivery page lists pickup in Kaunas, courier delivery in Lithuania and international delivery. Check the methods and cost applicable to your order at checkout. Pickup does not mean a catalog item is waiting locally: obtain confirmation that it is ready before travelling. For an overseas delivery inquiry include country, postcode, OEM number and quantity.

What if delivery is late, damaged or contains the wrong part?

For a delay, contact us with the order number and any delivery confirmation you have. For damaged packaging or a wrong part, retain packaging and labels and photograph the parcel, part markings and damage. Explain how the received OEM differs from the ordered code. This information helps assessment; it does not itself confirm a remedy or compensation.

How do I start a return, and does the 14-day right apply to everyone?

The published terms describe an EU consumer withdrawal right of 14 calendar days from receipt, subject to statutory exceptions. Notify the seller by email before the period expires and return the goods within 14 days after notification. Consumer rights cannot automatically be applied to a business order. Read the full return terms before shipping, and provide the order number, OEM and reason.

Can an installed part be returned, and who pays return postage?

We cannot promise that every installed part is accepted or that every return is free. Applicable terms, condition and reason are assessed; withdrawal, a defect and an incorrect delivery are different situations. Before shipping, state whether the part was installed or used and provide condition photos. Clarify the shipping procedure and costs for your case.

How do I report a possible part defect?

Send the order number, OEM code, defect description and photos. Explain when the issue appeared, whether the part was installed and the circumstances. Establishing a defect and deciding a remedy depend on assessment and applicable terms, not an automatic exchange or refund promise. For a safety-related assembly, consult a qualified workshop about continued use and installation.

Inquiries and assistance

What should I include in an inquiry, and where are return terms?

Include the OEM number, required quantity and a clear question. Add the VIN for compatibility checks, or your order number for an existing order. Use the homepage inquiry form or email info@partsinn.lt. Read the terms and conditions and return terms before buying for applicable conditions, exclusions and return procedures.

Can I change the OEM, quantity or address after ordering?

Contact us promptly with the order number, current details and exact requested change. Whether it can be made depends on order progress, so sending a request is not confirmation. Do not create a duplicate order as a substitute for a change. A replacement OEM must be checked for fitment just like the first choice.

How can a workshop or fleet request several parts?

Provide a list in the format “OEM number — quantity” and identify the truck for each entry. Include the relevant VINs for fitment questions and country and postcode for delivery. Mark urgent items separately. Catalog prices do not imply an agreed discount, deferred payment or simultaneous delivery of every item; these conditions require agreement.

What information is safe to send through the inquiry form?

The form requests name, email, optional phone and a message. Include the OEM, quantity and question; add the VIN only where needed for fitment checking. It is not a payment form: do not send passwords, card details or payment security codes. An inquiry does not automatically create an order. If submission fails, do not assume receipt; retry or use email.
